I have a herniated disc, so I am not allowed to do flexion. Also, lunges and squats are prohibited. I am advised to strengthen my core to support my disc. Could you please make a dumbbell workout video for people like me?

Brain that great video for me thanks for it but I only have 2.5 kg and 5kg dumbbells so can I use 2.5kg if 5kg too difficult for me?
