This 60+ minute yoga class is an example of my "go to" home practice. I might not ever practice or teach this series again, because this practice was inspired by me listening and flowing with my breath and body and being in the moment. My home practice is always changing and I am happy to share this day with you. I hope this inspires you to start your own practice and explore the yoga postures that FEEL GOOD to you. Join me for this uplifting and challenging practice!

Sometimes you need to break free of the mold and do something entirely spontaneous. This was exactly it. Once your mind gets past the frustration of not knowing exactly what move comes next and you let go - you feel so free! I swapped my jogging with my yoga day because my body was screaming "everything is tight!" and this was just the practise I needed. Challenging both mentally and physically and now I feel the release I was looking for. Thank you Erin!

Fantastic class. Thank you for sharing a home practice! I did this one a long time ago and hadn't saved it, so I've been looking for it for a while. So glad I found it again. This will be on frequent rotation! Airplane from crescent moon is such an amazing strength builder.

omg this might be the best yoga class i've ever done. halfway through i was shaking and sweating and i had the dumbest grin on my face because i was loving it so much. what an absolute treat!!! thank you thank you thank you erin!

I've been working out with your videos for almost 3 months every day. This was the peak of my studies, a moving meditation, I hope we have more of these. I love your combinations and İt is not possible to do them without focusing on what you say. Great! Thank you

Holy Moly Erin Im'm still shaking here!!! Your home practice is awesome!!!....yet a lil' tough for me I thought I wasn't gonna finish it but did! I think I need like 20 yrs of practice to keep up w/ you! Lol... THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR A GREAT SWEAT!!! God Bless <3

I normally prefer longer holds but I actually loved this flow! All the quick and fluid transitions in this video put me in a very meditative state of mind. I felt so relaxed by it and loved that you took the time to do a slow and long wind-down at the end. Thank you for sharing this with us Erin!

Queen of sequence! Love all of your classes, you keep everything fresh and engaging. Other yoga teachers tend to recycle the same things.

This practice might be for advanced people (I’m on the intermidiate level with little flexibility). It was challenging and I felt tired in the middle. But boy, it was worth it in the end! The flow was fun and creative! I loved the sweet mini meditation in the end as well. Thanks for sharing!

This is my FAVORITE Five Parks Yoga class. I come back to it often and always find it fun, energizing and intuitive. It really gets me connected to my body and breath. Thank you Erin

Did this as part of the 30 day yoga challenge and I am so glad I did!! I never would have explored this one on my own because I tend to choose shorter classes, but it felt so good and challenging. Got the heart rate up but still felt very relaxing and centering. My kind of workout :) Thank you!!

This one is challenging but fun! I came into it thinking I'd just move my body a bit, get rid of some neck pain. Then it turned out to be this sweating / out of breath / awesome practice! I am shaking, but I am looking at the smiles on Erin's face, and I feel empowered as I am moving thru the flow! If I hadn't practiced with Erin on other videos, I would have not been able to complete this minus the arm balance :) thanks for a great class again!
