🚨2 Moves to unlock Your Stiff Hips 🚨

These are 2 of my favorite hip mobility combos to loosen up literally everything in your hips!!!!
↪️hamstrings, hip flexors, groin, hip IR, hip ER, hip extension and hip abduction- that is everything wrapped up in a neat little routine for all of you to try at home!

Try this 2 move routine that allows you to explore, create and expand your hip mobility.

1️⃣ 90/90 Rotational Lean with Segmental Switch
2️⃣ Quadruped Hip Circle to Hip Flexor/Hamstring Stretch

FYI: I don’t always do a set number of reps for mobility work, I just do what feels good & if I find something I need to work on, I’ll spend more time mobilizing that area! I recommend doing hip mobility work as often as you can, but at least a couple times a week!
