I really wish I could get high lunge but I'm still too wobbly. But my intention was to make it through and I did. Not bad for a 63 year old beginner!

I rarely comment on videos but I have to say, Adriene you are saving all of our sanity during Corona!! Loved this session and I'm on day 30 now of the Home Yoga Challenge and it has helped me so much within the past 4 weeks. I can't express how thankful I am for your work. I love how within 20 minutes, my morning can go from "I want to go back to bed" to "OK I'm ready for my run".I know it works but still, every time it does, I find it miraculous. Thank you as ever Adriene for such lovely sequences. I feel so blessed to be able to enjoy my yoga practise and to tailor it with the variety you offer. Namaste.

I was a little nervous coming to the mat today because I was unable to practice last week due to a painful health issue. I was pleasantly surprised to learn how strong I have become over the last year despite my week off. I feel good. Energized and ready for my day. Adriene is a godsend.

I was nervous about this video because I wasn't in a mood for a vigorous practice. But I'm glad I gave this one a try because it's just what my achy body needed today.

It is an energetic practice, but more in the moving stale energy sense, not so much in the sweating bullets sense.

Begin day 4! I was shaking from time to time ind this practice, but skipped only one vinyasa (last one!) and finished the practice and didn't wish for it to end the whole time! So yay 😂 Have a good day everyone. 💚💙

Dear Adriene, thank you for this. This is the first time I have dedicated myself to a morning yoga practice since my brother passed last September. Around the 18 minute mark going into downwards facing dog I got a sudden overwhelming urge to cry, and I carried on with the practice as well as releasing, and now I feel like new. Thank you x x x

Exactly as stated. Energizing. I needed that to start the work week. Plus, I have a full medical check, with colon and stomach checks included, on Thursday. The mind keeps reminding me of that. This sequence helped me forget it for the time being. Feeling good and ready for Monday.

Adrienne - I started doing yoga in my home with your videos back in late Nov 2014. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate all the videos you share with all of us! Yoga has absolutely changed my life. Have been living with chronic pain for years - but since starting yoga just over 6 months ago, the pain is down to a minimum - very manageable - and I believe it's going to completely go away as long as I keep doing the yoga. It's the ONLY 'exercise' I've ever done that I love and actually can't wait to do. I love ya girl - and soo appreciate you! From a Texan girl living in England. xo If you ever get over here, let me know! <3

How anyone could give a thumbs down is beyond me. Your instructions are so clear and safe!

Me, surprised I'm trembling even though I've been practicing yoga regularly for seven months: "Damnit I'm weak."

Other voice: "Or...I'm activating my muscles and aligning my body in ways I didn't used to, so I'm finding new challenges! And seriously Lauren, think about it...you *deliberately* worked in chaturanga ever time it was offered. You are right where you should be!"

I'm on MOVE day 24! Today is a special day for me because a year ago I tried yoga for the first time because I was on lockdown and feeling anxious. I kept on doing it until the summer, then I stopped and I came back on the 18th of January, this time I practiced every single day! It is a wonderful journey <3

I decided for lent this year (I’m not Catholic) I’d do 40 days of yoga and it’s now the part of my day I look forward to the most. Especially since I use your videos all the time and have been able to create my own yoga flows! Thank you :)

I’m in my 3rd 30 day round and I can say I’m hooked 100%. I’m now craving yoga and love how I feel. Woke up super sore and tired today and after this video feel like a new person. Thank you for making my life better. 🥰
