Amazing workout today with this followed by your 5 minute tabata. BOOM! The push ups are hard for me but I'm getting better. Actually went to the knees to keep going. Loved all the exercises you put together. Jacked my heart rate to the right workout zone. Swingshots into around the world, perfect!
