A tip for calf raises, make sure your heel doesn’t touch the floor to get more gains on them

Great workout overall but the triple calf raises aren’t really necessary you can just do 2 variations also you should rest for 2-3 or more minutes to preform you best

My man, your goblet squats are far from full ROM ATG.
66 year squats to 6 inch depth:

I suppose doing something rather than nothing is good but theirs no way your building muscle like that with that level of intensity and weight. Nice warm up though
