I am going to say a Loyal and genuine thing...Firstly, We all are not going to be Body builders and these YouTubers are so and it's their profession.. Right!....I always say while we are losing weight, we should be in diet but if cravings comes, I could like to say just eat it may be biriyani, choclate or anything ot may be but in a limited quantity(Hope we never used to do it everyday)... I am saying this just because we all are humans and cravings is common and we love to enjoy our wished foods.. So jist killing our cravings or wish to eat something is like killing ourselves... So I am concluding with a point that be conscious in your diet while losing weight and exercise well but don't kill yourself by ignoring your cravings and wished foods(Have it in lower quantity and not daily and i hope it might not imoact much on our goal to lose weight)!!!!

He is just talking about cravings and he is giving "alternative ideas" for it to satisfy our mind that we are not being too hard on ourselves during diet..so please stop making fun of him !

Lots of tips he gives is actually true. People start with a weight loss regime and put themselves to extreme starvation for about 3 to 6 months and once they reach a satisfactory goal they go back to square one and that back fires adding twice the weight that was lost. Weight loss is slow and never assume it will happen overnight by magic. Slow loss will stay permanent. Eat a balanced diet with a calorie deficit but at the same time enjoying all you like in controlled portions. All those low carb or keto or vegan diets are no good. Eat everything! Reduce down fat and sugar and increase whole fruits and green veggies. Again, losing 2 to 3lbs per month will help maintain than losing 15 lb per month.
