Amazing works out feeling it in my abs and legs, never like lunges but putting on my sneakers gives me more balance so i be wearing it when working out thanks coach Greg

I definitely need this one too! Great workout. I used 5lb dumbells throughout the entire workout to add more weight/resistance and challenge myself even more. Look forward to the next workout!

The problem with lunges is that I can't get my knees that close to the ground anymore. All I can do is just step back and bend a little. But if I hold on to something I can almost do it.
