Alright here is a full back workout that I did with my girlfriend today, we started with some assisted pull-ups in the 10-12 rep range, and we didn’t even notice the camera fell until after her set finished and that was our last set, but anyway after that we moved on to some seated machine rows with chest support in the 8-10 rep range, she actually left her straps at home and doesn’t like using mine for some reason so she just decided to skip that one, but then we did some single arm lat pulldowns in the 12-15 rep range, she actually just recently tweaked her shoulder so this was a little uncomfortable for her so I told her it was best not to overdo it, but after that we did some neutral grip pulldowns again in the 12-15 rep range and unfortunately my camera died but that was the full workout we had a great time and uh yea can’t wait to do it again tomorrow.
