LAT TRAINING INFO ‼️ Read ⬇️
Think of it like this 🤔 As you row, your arm will point to the fibers of the Lat that you are biasing ➡️Mid Lat ↗️Upper Lat ↘️Lower Lat

For exercise #2 don’t lean TOO far forward. A very slight lean, or, keeping the torso perfectly upright will work. Your arm and the cable ideally should be at a 90° angle in relation to your torso when fully extended. Don’t turn it into a pulldown 👌🏼

I like how you break down a muscle I'm familiar with into parts. It's gotten me to think that way when I'm training other muscle groups, too, like my calves.

Hey man, I came across your channel by chance one day and absolutely had to add you to my workout playlist and watched videos. I've checked out a few different content creators channels, and while many of them are pretty good and have their qualities, the way you break things down, the upper tier editing and concise way of explaining it and showing the viewer set you apart. I don't usually go out of my way to give props to the creators or anything (as I'm sure there's enough of that that goes on in the comments), but this is perhaps the first time that I truly wanted to give props and let a person know that the work is respected and appreciated. Keep up the great work man.
