hi are breaks really niscecory for example i workoout 2 houras a day doning one your workout on tusday friday and sunday then i do a difrent workout on monday thurday and saturday is that too much because my vertical is standing at a 30 inch right now please let me know

I saw for the banded squats, you don't fully lock out. Is it better to not lock out? I usually aim to fully lock out before going down again, still focusing to do it as fast as possible. Would you recommend the same for banded trapbar deadlifts/barbell squats for the same effect?
