Good Mornings are a great exercise too for the lower back strength + stability.

I can tell from your RDL that your lower back is strong af, can help when landing after a dunk as well to prevent wear & tear.

I used to do stuff like this for fun ad a child, and I guess that's why Ive always had the highest vertical in my school until hs despite being the shortest till hs.
