Really nice set of stretches, seems super helpful for me to engage the glutes, hip flexors, quads and sciatica (with a little bit of lower - mid back rotation). Appreciated!

Thanks Tom I'll have to try the second exercise. It looks like it would feel good. The first thing i do when i get up in the morning is use my foam roller on my sacrum. Also, i am now using the hardest resistance band on my leg exercises! Hope Colorado was fun!❤

After a polytrauma, there is a fracture of the clavicle and the rupture of the coracoclavicular ligament, which fuse together inccorectly(4 month ago).As a result, there is a limitation of AROM above 90 degree in flexion and abduction.
What do you recommend to increase the active range of motion?Disrupted scapulohumeral rhythm.
Train muscle strenght for the rotatores?

Hi thank you very much for the routine! How can I avoid that the sciatica nerv is streched during hamstring strech? As I end up always with more pain after this strech…

Hi.
I have had 3 sprains on both of my ankle and had A 4th one recently on my right ankle.
It's hard for me to even drive a car for long I had really bad pain once driving and couldn't continue.
I cannot afford physiotherapy had. 6 sessions earlier but didn't feel any difference. Cna you please help me out with what should i do .
I am however referring to the rehab ankle exercise video you uploaded 4 yr back. But the pain 😢

Btw, if this has been brought up before in other videos' comments, my apologies...
is it just me or has anybody else mentioned how much you resemble Jamie from the Progressive Insurance commercials? The resemblance is ridiculously close. Not just the look and shape of your respective faces, but hair color and to a certain extent your voi es have a certain common tonality (Jaime's being higher in pitch).
Y'all could almost be twins (one is the smart, intelligent doctor, the other is the goofy, non-sensical brother). Maybe reach out to him and do a short comedic video together where he complains about something causing pain and in your attempt to help him fix it you discover he had an object in his back pocket that was the cause(ie. figurine of his pet as opposed to the obvious fat wallet).
Just sayin'...
