I had a bilateral hip replacement at 22 back in 2003. I wish these videos had been around then as I had to to figure out how to get my cheerleading flexibility back on my own. I did ok & was able to hold my own for a week Kansas City Chiefs Chiefs tryouts. Joining the team wasn't feasible due to health reasons; but trying out 6mos after having both hips replaced was a fun goal.
At 43, I'm recovering from being homebound for 5 years. I just want ny life back & to see how flexible I can get, so thanks for these.

The fitness model is very cool & inspirational.

Do we need to warm before starting to excercise, or we can just begin, I have a problem with my hip joint on my rightside a pure circle from front to back, now I cant even walk2-3 k steps how to improve myself, I want to atleast go back to my oldself of 7- 15 thousand steps.I have watched so many videos & I find these video to be very different even thou some of them are similar to others .I have done & after doing my legs feel very weak and got a slight fever & headacheI will start from wednesday onwards those days got medical will do less but will start daily as much as my body allows me thank you
