Hi bud, it s nice tip, I stared 3 weeks ago with "new mental approach" towards my body and strated to run about 5km per day (I guess it s like 3 miles, something like that) and to try to bath first with some normal water temperature then to go to as cold as I can handle. What do you know about that cause I was reading some articles about cold water being great for health if you can handle it. So I am just interested in your own experience about that subject. Thanks. btw great vids for starting in mma I really like them.
