Hi KayKay!❤ it's been a hot minute since I've done your workouts, as I am pregnant with my second and have been soo ill. I remember sharing this workout with my mum as it's less intense as your other workouts. Thank you thank you thank you! My 4th session back and feel so great for getting back into it. So thank you. Obviously modified the core exercises for pregnancy safe core exercises but loved it. Will be doing this every week! ❤

Could you please add the description of the exercises back to the workout info? 🙏🏼
Mostly I cannot do all of the exercises due to an injury, the descriptions are super helpful to think of a modification in advance.
