If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 5140 steps (including the stretching exercises at the end).

Moi aussi, jadore ses séances.
J'en fait 5 par semaine, le dimanche je choisis les plus longues, une heure trente environ. 3 mois plus tard, jai perdu 7 kg 😊
J'ai surtout limpression de mentrainer avec ma copine.
