Home workout for anyone looking for something to push them at home.
Video includes a 5min warm up at the start and an 18min HITT session afterwards to follow, which is broken into 3 rounds of 6 different exercises, each exercise has a demo prior to the active time. The session here has 35 seconds active 25 seconds rest, please adjust accordingly based on ability and fitness.
