Get into arm balances and inversions with this 60 min slow flow yoga class

By popular demand, here's my latest 60 minute Intermediate Vinaysa Flow class! This week we're focusing on strong standing poses to improve balance, stability and coordination.

You can expect to go through poses like eagle, dancer's pose, standing splits, standing pigeon and fun variations of three legged dog.

This was SO challenging!!! :O At the beginning I didn't want to do this class, because I thought it would've been too hard for me, but then I realised that the hardest pose is what our body need the most. It's important to be aware that falling out from a pose isn't failiure. It has nothing to do with our worth. So I did the class and I focused on having a positive attitude. My purpose was to learn that it's the process that counts. Some flows was at my level, some weren't not, but I smiled at every fall and went back to the practice. At the end I was exhausted :D :D I'll get back to this class over and over in time, to improve my skills. I really enjoyed it, thank you Kassandra :)

Please more advanced one hour classes! I love how you are not rushing through the poses, gives me the ability to think it through

Just discovered this older video. It’s a good one. I needed to immerse myself today as I deal with the grief of losing my father this week. I cried I fell I laughed and I balanced on my head for the fist time without needing the wall at all. Surrendering is all I can do. Thank you for being there. I think I've definitely found my yoga limit now! I've done all of these poses as parts of other flows but never all at once and it was SUPER challenging! I now know where I need to practice more and what I need to work on. Thanks so much for pushing me out of my comfort zone! Love all your classes :)

I practice yoga regularly and I love your videos. I came across this and thought it was very good and challenging in parts, especially the balancing poses but I think my balance today was abit off. Thank you for all the wonderful videos. You truly are my favourite on Utube xx

Kassandra, I thought we were friends!! This was a killer. I choose it because I saw the headstand and I'm just now adding that to my practice pose, but by the time I got there I had to listen to my body and do child's pose instead. Thank you so much!!

You are one of my favorite yogis! Your yoga flows are absolutely inspired. I would love more of the longer sequences like this that you posted a lot 4 years ago. The minimal cues are wonderful too. Even though I often can't do the advanced moves, I find working toward them challenging but rewarding. Thank you for sharing.

Kassandra, what I love about your flows is that nothing is out of our reach - maybe we don't master a pose today, but your instruction and encouraging words give us a vision on how we can get there. Also, your flows are subtly challenging - you ease us into it, but we work super hard!! You have a gift!

Thank you for this Kassandra! This is my favorite yoga flow at the moment. I have done it a few times in between other workouts and I can feel the improvement of my strength, flexibility and balance.

I've been taking your classes nearly daily over the past month during the pandemic. WOW! I loved it! I also loved your cues; the timing was very synchronistic. The moment I’d curl my toes, you would cue not to. The moment I’d be disappointed I fell out of the pose, you would say it’s okay if call out of it. The second something wasn’t aligned, you’d remind. Kudos for that awareness/timing.
