Thank you for such a helpful video. I would have liked if the discussion on food choices had given some guidance on fats. Protein and carbs were fully discussed but it would have been helpful to get advice on choosing healthy fats.

Been exercising since I was 11 years old now 63 still exercising eating pretty healthy and using weights and cardio my body feels heavy I'm not overweight but feel very uncomfortable in my skin....😮

Ive never been overweight until i had 3 heart surgeries and a hernia surgery when i was 67. I am now 69 and am having trouble losing. I am limited in my movements etc..is there a good diet and some kind of non- stress excercize i can do?

I was here for some "magic pill". But it all boils down to strength training, having adequate protein, eating healthy in general. But often older people tend to be difficult to change their ways, and are often dealing with some sort of diseases(diabetes, bp, obese) etc.. and may not be in a position to strength train or eliminate certain foods. What is the way out for this situation, when you know that being overweight is the root cause of most of these dieaseses as well?
