15 Min Home Shoulder Workout | With DUMBBELLS (this burns🔥)

Back with some Home Dumbbell HIIT with this 15 Min Shoulder Workout At Home.
This is a revisit to an old series of 15 min dumbbell HIIT workouts we did that were extremely popular , take little time but damn , burn like hell.
As the title suggest and the same with all these workouts , this will only take 15 mins , a little space at home and a couple of light dumbbells
Now I suggest going light with this workout as trust me , shoulders are one muscle group that burn out FAST. Especially with this HIIT format with very little rest between working sets.
Or if you want to go a little heavier, make sure you have some lighter weights on stand by as you may quickly need to drop the weight as the workout goes on.
A great wee workout for smashing those shoulders when you are super short on time.
What we are doing here is 3 exercises back to back , 20 secs on , 10 seconds rest and doing that 4 times before switching to 3 different exercises and repeating the process
These are super fun , quick and intense workouts. Perfect when short on time
