You will burn more fat from these type of workouts while still being able to build lean muscle mass. The intervals are set up as: 20 seconds of intense work followed by a 10 second rest and repeated for a full 4 minute circuit. This is nuts man, just yesterday I was doing chest, and I tried looking for your chest hiit workout with dumbbells (and there wasn't one) so I thought to myself, "Damn, they should make one, I'd totally do it too". Then I wake up today, and voila! Definitely incorporating this into my chest workout. Top notch content, as always.

Hey just tried this.1 round then performed 50 decline pushups, again 1 round tabata 50 standard pushups, again 1 round tabata ! I simply love your workouts !

I likke some of these excersizes but I don't like doing the timing a whole lot. Imma change it up a bit and put a set and rep range rather than time I'm also trying to focus more on strength anyway
