There will be a 30 DAY dumbbell workout challenge coming soon for those of you that have some! This can still be done in the comfort of your own home. Although this particular timed workout will hit your arms, but there will be workouts for your full body, chest, back, legs, abs, and shoulders! I got you all covered! You have time to grab a dumbbell or two! Lets do it!

I use the 20’s up to 11:59 then i go up to 30’s. And do the routine twice. Shocks the muscles real good! Thats what i love about these videos. You can go with different variations and find what works for you. Bully gives us the guide lines to operate with in. Just gotta eat right and keep at it and the results will show i promise!

100% the best workout videos I’ve ever seen. Between April 2020 and April 2021 I’ve lost 50lbs, and discovering these videos several months ago accelerated that more than I could’ve ever imagined. Best no nonsense exercises there is.

Awesome workout!! I start at 3:50 then do the beginning in the end. Starting with upright press fires up my front delts. I have to fight them off the rest of the work out.

Day 28 - part 2 (30 day dumbbell challenge): today I increased the weight of each dumbbell from 5 kg (11 lbs) to 9 kg (20 lbs)! Feeling great!

Graduated as a double major cum laude for market and management. Can’t get a job for shit despite doing over 300 tailored applications and being in over a dozen interviews, my undergraduate gets completely smothered by the amount of MBA applicants trying to get employed after Covid. Since the job market is ass and I’m in debt, this routine and it’s cost effective style allows me to keep my confidence and reach for my fitness goals. Thank you for doing this, everyone that does these workouts have their reasons but the main one is they are efficient at strength building and easy to manage in the personal day. By the time I get a job, I might be getting close to your physique lol (all jokes aside, keep the dumbbell routines up. They go well with your calisthenics ones.)

Day 1 (30 day dumbbell challenge): I've done the 30 day no equipment workout plan twice and the 45 day plan once. I was 18 days into another round of the 45 day challenge but my dumbbells came in. I thought that it was a good idea to switch to the dumbbell plan so I could take it a step further! This is my first time using weights so I'm going to learn and progress! 💪
