The intervals are set up as: 20 seconds of intense work followed by a 10 second rest and repeated for a full 4 minute circuit. Thank you for these workouts.
I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma last July, and since have progressed in stages.
It is physically impossible for me to workout like I used to, but these are perfectly timed.

My routine is 5 sets of DB Bizeb (HIIT) DB Trizeb (HIIT) & DB Shoulders (HIIT) With 3KG DB and it really increased my arms size im doing it every third day and after time I will increase weight also try it out guys it really works !

I only workout with dumbbells at home. I love the idea of HIIT with weights. I get my weightlifting and hard cardio all in all at once! Just subscribed and liked your channel :)
