Don't do the forward leg and twist part if you got herniated discs. Flexion makes it worse. Just hang from it the normal way.

I do these at home, the longer you can hang the better, definitely works !🙂

thank you so much for that because this is very hard to do when you weigh 330lbs even if you're strong. Using the bench to support some of my weight helps me to hang a little longer.

The more i watch videos on how to take care of herniated discs and back pain, its wild how many of these techniques and poses and stretches and exercises i was already doing just by i guess intuition? This exact move, the hanging with the legs forward and kind of wiggling, ive been doing just because it feels good. Thanks for the video!

Thank you so much for this video I messed up my lower back after attempting to deadlift 275lb. Cycling my routine right now instead of heavy weights I'm switching to the pull up bar to allow some time to decompress my spine. Thanks again for the video.

Thank you will be doing these, since covid started im used to doing a lot or more things at home, work, built a home gym and I've noticed im a lot more sedentary than before where i used to walk sometimes 30k steps now its about a tenth ot that and dont swim anymore, i got kind of shocked when I checked my height after 2 years and noticed im 184cm barefooted, opposed to 188cm in 2019, hopefully fixing my slouched posture will fix my height loss. I will also opt for a standing desk and will minimize my time sitting, i always notice my posture getting lazy after a while of sitting

I just did it at the laundry room where I have my pull-up bar. I jiggled my pelvis at my wife line, the jiggle worked. Thank you doc.
