Hi Shane. I really appreciate your content, it's been incredibly helpful! Could you circle back and post the link for how to use a band for optimal hip flexor stretching?

My understanding has been that exercises involving leg lifts from a supine position put excessive pressure on the lower spine. Thoughts?

Is this good for someone with (self-diagnosed) posterior pelvic tilt (I sit at a desk a lot and notice how I sit tucked in, and I had a novice therapist [he knew about fascia and myofasical release and worked on me and would correct my tilt by having me push out my butt more]) and diagnosed minor scoliosis? I watched your other video on PPT and asked the same, if it is effective and safe.
