I took a fall and have had back and leg pain for a couple of years now. Y’all are champs. Some of the comments are talking about 20+ years of pain, Im two years in and looking for a solution. Seriously, God bless all of you and I hope you can find some relief

I have had chronic pain for 20 years due to scoliosis and spine surgery as a teenager. I have debated seeing a surgeon to talk about my treatment options. Then, I read "The Way Out" by Alan Gordon which is written based off the study in this video. It is absolutely life changing. Please give it a read. I wish more people knew that this is truly they way out of chronic pain.

I can relate because I have been suffering from the age of 19. I feel a jolting pain whenever I am doing any physical labor

I watched this video two days ago, bought the book and my back seizures have completely disappeared. Ive had then now for 4 years. My back muscles would seize up and go rigid. It was very painful and was so bad that it effected my work life and love life.

Im eternally grateful. Thank you so much. Truly amazed.

This sounds ridiculous! I've watched my poor mom go through so many back surgeries, and the last treatment they could offer her is a pump of medication inserted into her back and some electronic device that has helped in the past, but it never took her pain completely away. 😢 She lives in chronic pain every day, and it's severe pain! I don't believe you can think your pain away! Her back is basically crumbling away by now I don't mean to sound like this is a scam or anything, just sounds crazy, that's all. A little unbelievable. A pain medicine pump automatically disburses medication into the spine up to 4 or 5 times a day, but supposedly doesn't give you the high from the medicine. I just wish her pain would go away, as her quality of life is getting worse every day. She wants to engage in the things she used to do, but she can barely walk at this point, and my Dad has to listen to her moaning every time she gets up to do anythung, and watch her cry in pain. Very depressing for her when she still wants to do so much, but suffers excruciating pain when she trys. I love her so much, and feel helpless, so was just searching chronic pain to see if I could find anything else that might help her, and this was the 1st video I came across. Just sounds to good to be true, after everything she has been through 😥

Worst thing about constant spinal pain are doctors. They treat you like a criminal that has robbed their bank account. Never had one that ever asked what the pain is like & does. Not one. I had a group that began bullying me, schoolyard bullying. I'm scared to see them. They make my life even tougher.

I went to the hospital with back pain and they sent me away . They still tried to charge me. Good Luck with that.

This is very interesting, my back pain persistent, but it’s non-existent if my pectorals and arms are sore from bench press exercises OR some other temporary injury causes pain somewhere else.

I had some terrible pain and thought it was in my head until emergency surgery. I wish my warnings were stronger

Maybe for light weight injuries and/or psychosomatic illness. Grunts are not in the category.

For a second this sounded like the dumbest thing ever. Not acknowledging your pain. I can't sit, walk, stand or lay down without pain and the feeling that I just walked 100 miles. When I've only taken 5 steps. But if you get distracted, you really don't know you're in pain.

That’s pretty cool. Could be a game changer if they can fine tune it.

Ok, that basically told us nothing about how to apply this technique.

So if we can train our brain to not believe there's any back pain, can we do the same with Cancer??

It just makes sense that if you couldn’t find where the pain was coming from that it would be easier to go away. Meanwhile I’m hear with one of the worst cases of a congenital lumbar stenosis any of my doctors have seen, and after ruining my discs and recovering the diagnosis I had to wait 2 years before getting any pain meds, and by then I had ruined all my relationships, and lost all my money and career.
