I started doing sarah beth yoga in March on the first lockdown and I'm still doing it now, don't think I could have got through lock down and life without it! Lol

I super appreciate the quick breathing breaks in this video! Sometimes when I do power/strengthening yoga, my breathing quickens and I start to loose focus and calm and the practice becomes intimidating. But these short pauses for re-grounding were awesome, and I seriously love this flow! Thank you for all you do, Sarah. <3

Amazing - and like how you mentioned "strengthen don't strain" as my lower back is quite weak so I am careful not to push it and you reminded me of that! Thank you!

Just tried this today it was tricky at some points I honestly had to modify and skip some portion but I daily take in your videos to help me balance myself mentally and physically even a strenuous practice gives me some relaxation and positivity!💟☯🕉💗💜

Wow I found that one very different, the balancing part I mean. My balance isn’t great on 2 feet let alone 1 🙄 I think it’s mainly because I’m on strong pain killers for my fractured coccyx and back back and my balance has got so much worse since going through perimenopause and now menopause!! I’m fine with the warrior 2 and those type poses and I’m ok with knee to elbow /nose etc it’s the dancer and half moon I think you called it, but hopefully with practice I’ll get better. I do yoga for at least 10 minutes every day, I started doing yoga about 2or maybe even 3 years ago and I never ever thought I’d get the hang of it and nearly gave up a couple of times, but now I couldn’t be without it. My mind feels better after doing it as well as my body so thank you Sarah Beth, it’s your teaching that has kept me going 💖🥰🌻

I do a lot of strength training at the gym but some how your videos always tend to give me quite the work out lol. A lot of people don't think yoga is tough, but it definitely can be! These practices have really helped me with breath control, flexibility, and engaging my muscles and I use a lot of what I've learned in my gym routines.

Love this workout! It's perfect when I only have 20 min. I sweat and relax at the same time. I appreciate the posture commentary and the way you describe what to focus on when holding poses. Keep the videos coming!!! 🙂
