Welcome to your 30 min yoga flow with minimal cues. This intermediate to advanced class works towards bind and backbends and includes minimal cues, perfect if you want to focus on your practice and prefer less talking.

This practice offers a gradual approach to challenging postures and will help you understand how you can work towards them progressively. As always there will be options to suit your level so you can make the practice your own.

The sequence includes a steady vinyasa flow with twists, shoulder openers, binds and backbends. It's designed to help you feel like you've given your body everything it needs to have a great day.

This class is better suited to intermediate to advanced practitioners as some of the transitions and poses will be tricky for beginners.

I hope you enjoy this yoga flow with minimal cues.

I think I’ve done some of the flows and skip over them …. I’m glad I chose this tonight! It’s challenging but laid back.
I am feeling kind of off and meh. It’s like 85-90 degrees here with about 300% humidity 🤭
This is my night night flow and I almost chickened out on the wheel because I still think, “ I’m old and weak, I can’t do wheel………….. STOP! YES I CAN!!!” I wonder how long it’s going to take before I start owning that I can do backbends and wheel in my identity??? I’m a healthy, almost 40 year old mom to toddlers and preteen and I’ve worked my BUTT off (literally) to make sure I’m the mom in the pool, tumbling, hiking, rowing, skiing… not the mom holding the towels and phones.

Amazing, fresh and challenging session.
I loved the pretzel lunge twists. I'd never done those before.. the release of tension felt awesome.

Also enjoyed reverse tabletop - I didn't manage to spin completely in to Wheel... something to work towards . I need to trust myself a bit more.
You make it look effortless 👏

I couldn’t tell there were minimal cues, felt the same to me but I love ur classes! I also couldn’t do all the poses and even more so now with a bad shoulder. Would love if you added music in the background to create a spiritual mood! When u added music at the end of this one, that was the best part 🙏🧘🏻‍♀️🌞

Beautiful class Charlie!! I loved how you added all the elements into the flow from lizard to bow to side splits to wheel and giving enough time to relax at the end to enjoy the sound of birds. I have a wrist sprain since a week and was not sure how will I practice but I didn’t want to miss your class, so I modified all the poses to forearm variation and it worked well for me. Thank you for bringing nature in your videos. This class was perfect!! ❤❤

Thank you Charlie. I have been struggling with the outside twisted low lunge with the bind but starting in the position with the knee down and getting into the bind there really made it all work. My hands finally found each other. What a reunion!
