This is a mere demonstration of techniques you can do on your own. She gives enough time for you to learn the moves done. Usually classes are longer because you are staying in one move for a specific amount of time and switching sides etc. My class for instance is almost an hour long.

Tara Stiles, you are amazing. This guided stretch routine is perfect for getting my blood flowing - especially first thing in the morning. I feel so much better after this quick routine. Thank you! Also, on a side note - I have been wanting to learn how to do a split (for like the past 20 years) - do you have any tips or routines?

Hi Tara, great routine! If possible, it'd be really nice to have these plus a series of longer videos. That way, viewers can selected the express / extended versions according to their needs and/or available time.

She is so good at explaining the moves I did most of this with my eyes closed and was able to follow along. She is a really good teacher.

I'm always amazed by Tara! When I watch her I feel that I can do what she does with consistent practice. The results of Strala yoga may not be visible at first but internally, I'm beginning to feel really really good. It's a workout that's relaxing and not frustrating as long as I respect my limits and listen to my body.

I actually like this routine. It's short, quick, and simple. Yeah, it's fast, but for someone who can't hold poses for a long time without toppling over, it's perfect.

I love this yoga routine for stretching, I like to hold each stretch about 10-30 seconds longer however.  If this video was 20 minutes instead of 10 it would be  However, one needs only to pause it between each stretch to make it as long as you need.

Wow! Really enjoyed that! I was pressed for time, so it was just right. Amazed at how fluid your suggestions are presented. Considering the time limitations, surprising how the practice still feels un-rushed, leisurely even.

Thank you so much, Tara! I was able to actually touch the ground during the split on my right side! First time ever! I will keep doing this lesson a few times a week to get more limber in my legs, it has been a life-long dream to get into the splits, and now with your help I will actually be able to do it. :D
