I do this every week post run. Leaves me well stretched and relaxed. Reminders to breath and calm the body have a holistic effect. Super effective for a short session. 🙏

Perfect timing! Just finished a 20 mi gravel trail cycle. Hands & upper body aero position, peddling 85 rpm. This mindful stretch lowered the nervous system to “street” level. Right on!

This actually made me sleepy....and I mean that as the highest complement 🙏 So relaxing. I just finished my first rebounder workout, after switching to that as a lower impact option for my knees, following 2 pretty serious wrecks and childbirth. This routine was the perfect cool down as I ease my way back into working out. Much appreciated ☀️

I work as a climbing arborist and on the weekends I love to rock climb. I was feeling incredibly sore since this past weekend and immediately after following this once my soreness is nearly gone. I feel great! I’ll be following this routine every day after work and after my climbs now.
