Hello Eva. I am a new subscriber. I started your workouts on Nov. 3 and have done one every day. I have lost 3 pounds and a couple of inches off my waist and hips. Thank you so much for your effort and I just love your workouts. I have some knee issues and the fact you don't jump is great for me. Even my arms feel more toned. I found Eva's workouts about a month ago and I can't get enough! I workout 6 days a week and like to try new things to keep it fresh and fun. Low impact high intensity and burn lots of calories. The music makes you want to move and is addictive!

It’s me again. Now I can 10 minutes of this routine without taking a rest ☺️

I added 5 minutes of your beginner fat burning workout (although I do it slower because I feel like if I do it at your own pace, I don’t do it properly since I still don’t know how to do the belly moves haha. My next goal is to do those 5 minutes at your pace and without taking a rest, then add more minutes :) )

I hope one day I'll be able to do it without taking breaks. I have arthritis and I used a wheelchair for around 4 years and this year a stopped using it but i still can't walk really well and I can't stand for more than 5 minutes,

My goal was doing 20 minutes of this routine in the morning and last 20 min of this routine in the afternoon but my knees started hurting and I only did 10min and took many breaks :(( kinda disappointed but I guess I should've expected that since I can't even walk well :((

so I hope one day I'll be able to do this without taking breaks every 2 minutes
