Layoffs are good if you lay off the workers with the useless $75k a year and up jobs where they do essentially nothing, but these companies lay-off the workers that actually keep the operation going.

Well Dave, you’re investing in “good growth stock mutual funds” which is stocks full of companies that do exactly that. They pay people off, your 401k goes up. Don’t act like you as an investor don’t benefit from that.

Replacing workers with robots is the only way to stay in business in 2024, it's a joke how cheap robots are and people want 70k to start and can't even show up everyday. Not worth it just buy a fanuc
