Growth hormone releasing occurs at any age but the reason you can’t grow any longer is caused by growth plate closure and it happens mostly before the age of 18 maybe even earlier and the growth plate closure is also caused by over releasing of male testosterone hormone and female estrogen hormone and if it happens at early ages the person hits puberty earlier than it should be and this makes bones denser which causes them to mature early. Yes the person grows eventually but bone growth completes really fast and the person appears to be taller than his peers at first, short for a while till they hit puberty later

So i have so eat at around 7 i use to think that eating more will make me get taller well it does but to the point i would have snacks before sleep i guess i need to stop that

I try to eat everything before midnight because I get to home at 23

I have to wake up at 6

So there is basicly 6 hours for sleep

That is not a high amount and if I wait 2 hours to sleep then worst

Lol 1. Truth is We all get into the deep sleep phase shortly after falling asleep 😂 he talks about insulin however forget about proper protein nutrition. If you eat 100-200g protein daily without more than 30g carbs then you will likely be able to survive without hunger attacks. And preventing hgh suppression is not the same as raising hgh average levels. To raise hgh levels you will need to fast with no food only water (in theory diet coke or creatine is allowed) for four straight days. It will tremendously raise your hgh. What he says will make a difference of maybe 10% whereas four day fast migh raise it to 2000%. See the difference?
