Thank you for the great free video. I love this pose and would like to practice it but it’s my knees that prevent me from doing it. I have adequate flexibility in my ankles, but my knees hurt. I have tried widening and shortening my stance, but it still feels really uncomfortable, like I’m falling backwards. Any tips for that please 🙏
