Episode 2 of the Yoga for Complete Beginner Series is a series of back stretches, recorded specifically for men completely new to yoga.

This is a 10-minute routine featuring poses and stretches that help to stretch your back, created for men completely new to yoga. This routine goes slowly through proper technique, breathing, and key information for each pose. It also includes modifications to help those who are new or inflexible get the intended benefits. Dialogue is encouraging and focused on building you up, to give you confidence to keep doing these workouts consistently. 

This workout is part of the Men’s Yoga for Complete Beginner Series, featuring easy-to-follow, beginner-focused routines demonstrating appropriate modifications for men who are new to yoga and / or inflexible, as well as proper technique instruction to help you maximize the benefits and avoid the negative effects of improper technique. There are a total of 6 workouts in this series.

So far I’ve completed the first 2 episodes of your beginner videos in 1 session, and right now, my entire body feels loose and great. I feel so calm and at peace… and my hips bro 😅 feel the best they have felt in the last 5 years. I’m only 25, but I work 7 days a week. The anxiety and work related stress I encounter is crippling. My body was so tense and stiff every single day, but I feel that if I stick to a yoga routine, many parts of my life will improve. Subbed

Cat Cow is a Dominant Movement I do regularly, even Very Carefully in the Shower in the Morning - it really helps me stay Flexible.

I can feel the difference in my back after doing this routine just one time, Thanks.
One question : I have a slightly pulled groin muscle which I could feel doing happy baby pose. Should I wait until it is healed completely or continue to do happy baby?
