Don’t let the 30 minutes fool you! My legs were shaking halfway through. Great full body workout!

Sarah, I found myself crying in the middle of the practice. I was shedding tears of gratitude for how far Yoga had brought me. From not wanting to get up and wanting to sleep through till death, yoga has given me that one reason to get up and fight my inner demons of depression. Yoga has revealed my inner strength. It has taught me that I am powerful. I am made for hard things. I want to carry forward this strength to other areas of my life where I am currently struggling. But I know I'm made for hard things and when the going gets tough, the tough get going. You've been my guide, you've been the voice in this journey. You're my Guru. This journey would not have been possible without you. I am so grateful to you.Namaste 🙏🏼

“You were made to do hard things” was such an exciting and motivating phrase. Every fiber of my body was like “Hell yeah!” and kept going with it even though I lost balance and control of my breath a couple of times.

I find it fascinating how humbling yoga is. I do strength training 4 times a week but this was exhausting. I still loved it :)

This is one of my most favourite videos! I’ve come back to it dozens of times and each time I get that same burst of SarahBeth inspiration coming through and pushing me further in my practice. Thank you SarahBeth!❤

Dear Sarah Beth, you've been my savior for a very long time, and I just wanted to thank you for your consistent uploads. Your yoga gives me strength and hope every day, and your bedtime routines helped me sleep after a sudden, painful breakup.
It's in the challenge that I grow. I am made to do hard things.
Love,
Asmita

I have now started to see definition in my thighs. And I can lift myself up using Just my core from lunge. Real progress slowly but surely through yoga! Thanks Sarah Beth for your amazing and genuine teachings

I have been suffering with long COVID for 10 months. I started your yoga programme 5 weeks ago and have built up to 30 minutes each day. It’s the best part of my day and I am feeling stronger. I think you are an excellent teacher and I love the variety of sessions you offer and your calm, friendly and positive approach. Thank you.

The first time you said “you were made to do hard things”, I got choked up, then when you said it at the end I was like why am I crying 😭. Thank you for your videos!

This one is in my ‘eventually learn by heart’ list. Its a perfect blend of upper and lower body engagement, and Id never been able to grasp the ‘one breath one movement’ thing because im a bit rhythmically challenged, but by the end i feel a part of the flow, and accomplishment that my clumsiness has fallen away quite a bit. I like the slow buildup of soft music, it adds to the mood.

Appreciate the clear audio and not too much extra chatter. I am Always working on balance and opening hips. Thank you

Oh wow, this was a really beautiful and creative flow! I was doing it during a heavy, humid and cloudy afternoon, and by the time I was done repeating the last sentence after you, there was a loud thunder and the rain started pouring, it was a magical moment!

As a 69 year old female, I find your practices all I need and/or want. This video is challenging! Some days time is a factor so your 15 minutes are perfect. But This one is my favorite and after abandoning my daily practices for a while now, I came back to this one this morning. I couldn’t follow completely, had to fast forward some, but I’m motivated to get back at this practice much more often. I’m a bank teller and puppy dog is essential to counteract my work stance! Thank you, ❤️

SO HAPPY AND PROUD! I had just completed 5 consecutive days of yoga!!! I have been doing this power yoga (plus your arms and abs vids) for more than 4 weeks now and I couldn't be happier. I never thought I could do regular yoga, all the more through online sessions. Your videos are the only ones that worked for me. Thank you again for taking the time and energy to share with us your videos and your wonderful self. Much love from the Philippines. #wearemadetodohardthings

Wow 🔥🔥🔥 exactly what I needed today! Can’t believe that was actually 30 min - time flies when you’re having fun! I usually shy away from that length, my comfort zone quickly fades after 20 minutes. “I was made to do hard things” is exactly what I needed to hear and say. Thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I’ve started a healthy lifestyle after completely falling off since I had a child. This video specifically I’m addicted to doing daily now! It makes me feel so good. Once I master this video without feeling too strained I will move onto another. I think I like this one specifically because it starts slow then speeds up with transitions, which keeps me focused. Thankful I found you!
