I can’t hold myself up very well because my shoulders hurt quickly, but I like that I can do these with the screws and rods in my back. I notice standing up and just doing leg kicks helps too. It’s crazy how sometimes it’s the simple things.

I do mixed grip ab wheel and i recommend it because mixed grip ab wheel (you can do one set left hand pronated right hand supinated and other set left hand supinated right hand pronated) is very good for muscle growth, strength, stability, power transfer, anti rotation ability etc. This exercise is enough for abs because if you doing squats, deadlifts etc. your core is already working.

I like getting in plank, then lowering down onto one elbow, then the other, then back up with one, than the other. Doing these in rapid succession like going up and down steps is very effective.
