If your core is weak like mine you can feel a pretty intense burn in the QL because it does a lot of the lateral stabilization of the lower spine.

I really like uneven farmer carries. It makes you really pay attention to your body position and has been a wonderful compliment to standard farmer carries and suitcase carries. They’ve done wonders for my scoliosis

I dolly 60- 80 lb sandbags around for my job to weight down bouncy houses, but I usually try to carry them a decent amount of the time and my coworkers always wondered why I "waste" my effort doing so instead of using the dolly. They have handles on the bags so it's basically a farmers carry.

Working in the pool industry I have to carry a lot of pool chemicals on a daily basis. The one time I can get a sneaky workout is doing one arm chlorine drum carries.

this is why in some kungfu movie, your master told you to get water from the uphill side and carrying it in a bucket and go back downhill.

Farmer Walk looks like a good exercise.
Traps, Grip, and Core... in one movement is so time-efficient.

I swear by the single arm carry. It is one of the best exercises I have ever found.

Double arm carries should be used for forearm and trap development, as the video says that you can go way heavy and stress the muscles greater.

Só yesterday I had to carry two 15kg plates downstairs at the gym. I difinitely felt the compress when I had only one plate in one hand. Adding the other one gave me a relief and balanced it out on the lower back and sides. Thanks.

Awesome idea. Goes along with the idea of doing deadlifts with weight on only one side of the bar- try that one if you haven’t!

Love it. Means I can also work grip strength longer while pushing core stability harder by alternating instead of burning out forearms after a few walking reps🤙
