Tip 6: You're scared of stalling

The moment you stop being scared of stalling and stop worrying about other drivers around you, you can set off anytime and anywhere without stalling or even rolling :) its all mental

Yeah I was so angry getting my petrol car. Passed first time no problem, was very confident. Got my first car and stalled it a few times and totally knocked my confidence, turns out I learnt on a diesel and I got a petrol car and driving off in the car I practiced in didn't require any gas at all, so it's like learning all over again

Stalling on stop sign: no big deal
Stalling on an intersection: panic
Stalling when everyone is looking: double panic
Stalling when your buddies are looking: heart attack

3:00 is very accurate. I was unsure as to why I was stalling so much on an older petrol car but then I realized that I need to use gas when using the clutch instead of just the clutch in my instructor car

Hey guys just wanna say I just passed my driving test on my 2nd attempt! This channel really helped me a lot when my instructor wasn't that patient with me. If I can get my licence so can you! Don't give up even if you fail multiple times. All the best to everyone out there!

Greetings from the USA! I bought my first manual car at the age of 24 a few months ago, having only driven automatics before. I have found your videos immensely helpful in learning to drive smoothly, especially because of their clear and concise nature. Thanks for the fantastic work!

The Diesel to petrol is exactly what happened to me lmao, i stalled like 5 times on my first drive because of it. Felt so shameful but didn't take long to readjust thankfully.

Stalling when there's other people in the car is the most humiliating moment in every driver's life

I stalled in uphill traffic as I was trying to get the biting point with no handbrake because I struggle to take the handbrake down. My car started rolling back and I quickly put the handbrake on. It was so embarrassing everyone was watching me and my heart sink- that feeling of rolling back. I was sat there in shock and trying to get off as quick as possible. I could cry
