I’m always pleased to see theres a new workout available. I did 40/20 and this raised my heart rate and made me sweat more than I thought it would. Thanks so much for these You Tube workouts Joe x

I’m feeling a bit down with the cold and the dark mornings and evenings so I thought I’d do some PE with Joe workouts to cheer me up. This made me smile and educated me all over again. Thank you Joe x p.s. could we have a one off PE with Joe half term special?! x

I did 40/20 and with it being so humid I’m running with sweat! I do enjoy this one and push myself with full burpees in both rounds. Thanks so much Joe x

I made this one 40/20 and increased the intensity on some of the exercises, it is great your workouts allow for this flexibility. If the next HIIT could be advanced that would be fantastic! Loved this session & have saved it to repeat again. Loved that in this one Joe explains techniques as sometimes I think I just do exercises without thinking about posture & muscle groups you're working. Thanks Joe - felt it the next day too! 💪🤩👍🏻
