Today's Low Impact HIIT is going to be good and sweaty! This full body HIIT has no jumping exercises keeping the impact low but the intensity high! Grab those dumbbells and let's do this!!

Dear Heather…been doing your workouts since covid began…had quite a boot camp and yoga practice going at our local studio here in San Diego…and found your workouts both challenging and dialed down when needed….now 3 years later I am a 64 year old grandma, and watching my grandson happily..and m in a new season in my life! Thank you for your continued all levels of practices especially with these low impact classes you provide…for any time I can jump on my mat and whatever energy I may possess given the day! You have been such a godsend to me and I am sure a lot of practitioners out there who want to continue to be healthy, flexible and strong but at a pace and time that is convenitnet..much gratitude

Did this today and then added on a "Daily 10 Low Impact" to it after, but used the same 30/30 work-rest ratio. Loved it! Thanks Heather 💪😅

Heather you are such blessing! Today I had concluded that I was not going to workout. I was feeling tired and I am coming down with some cold. i havent worked out properly in a couple months and ive been meaning to do strength workouts but ive been intimidated cuz i know my stamina and strength has gone down a lot. BUT i did this workout and it was pretty easy. the exercises werent hard and the rest time in between was good. im so glad i did it. it gave me the confidence to do more. your workouts always make me feel so strong. seriously thank you so much!
