I’m an ex pro volleyball player with lots of injuries on my right shoulder and neck. This summer I have to went to the hospital every week because of migraine. I’m following this routine more than a month. Turns out my migraine attacks triggered because of my weakened neck muscles. For 3 weeks no migraine, no pain killers, no hospital visit. I just wanted to thank you to put together a good work out without an injury risk.

This workout actually helps, no seriously, I’ve been doing it for weeks and combined with the posterior pelvic tilt workouts he posted made me stand 1 inch taller than before
