Let's be honest here, there is no way everyone sits with perfect posture every single day. Coming home from a long day at work ain't no way you are worrying about posture, you are crashing on that couch without a care.

first step:

1:26 1st exercise - 15 deep breaths
2:07 2nd exercise - 15 deep breaths

second step:

That sitting down against the wall exercise is intense. Took me 5 minutes just to get through my first 15. It's working out the exact muscles I need to workout. I can feel it clear as day. I'm so tired of the neck pain, nerve problems, and breathing difficulty from bad posture. I'll be adding most of these to my daily routine. Thank you.

Man you have no idea how much that will help me. I am 18 and I have that problem to some extent and now that I did all of these exercises for the first time I felt like my body was on fire. Huge respect mate!

Perfect timing, I'm 16 years old and I have the same cause as yours (playing in a laptop with that exact posture since I'm 15, damn what a coincidence) and some effects has been showing up, so thank you for warning me, I'm EXTREMELY GRATEFUL for your advice.

I used to be really fat that I was on the verge of developing serious health conditions. I remember not being able to tie my shoelaces and my sleep suffered as well. My life changed when I finally set my mind to the thinking that anything is possible if you decide so. I took a meal plan to start with. As a 54 year old veteran who is about 100lbs overweight, I recently went back to the gym. About 3 years ago, I had been working out and had lost some weight but had a freak (non-workout related) accident where I shattered my kneecap and detached my patellar tendon. After some family tragedies, loss of employment and the pandemic, I am now back to trying to get back into shape and be healthy again. This time I decided to take a personalized diet plan from site Next Level Diet, and even hire a personal trainer to make sure I don’t cause injury to my 54 year old body with all my limitations from past accidents and age. My trainer and I are focusing on strength training to help with injury prevention and prevent osteoporosis (which runs in my family) and help with arthritis and balance. It has been about a month and I am already feeling so much stronger!!😎😎

I don’t know how to thank this guy, these exercises hit the exact spot I’ve had extreme tightness and back pain for moths. No physiotherapist addressed my range of motion issue and after just one session of these exercises I can already feel the difference. Bad posture is no joke people, we only get one back please take care of it.

Hi, it is my second day of doing these exercises, I will do it for at least 1 month every day. The last exercise is the only one I cannot do properly, my lower back is not touching the wall, neother do my whole arms. I will write my progress and impression every two weeks, stay tuned!

edit: after two weeks every day workout: my upper back and shoulders r not stiff anymore, my posture is slightly better and overall feeling is amazing, I feel pretty normal 😆 will write and update after 1 month (in two weeks)

EDIT: after 4 weeks the posture is still good, not much has changed in the last 2 weeks, the feeling is still great. So I can say that the effect was almost immediate, after 10
days. Now I am doing the tough exercises easier and more correctly especially the wall angels. I will continue doing this at least 3-4 times a week for maintainance.
