This has got to be the best posture correction exercise that I’ve come across. I’ve been desperately looking for something like this, as I not only suffer from rounded posture, but also intermittent discomfort in the neck and lower traps. I feel like this really hits the spot when I do it and I will continue to do so. Thanks so much!

I have been dealing with neck pain for a month now that will not go away. Literally 24/7. Sleep and wake and I am miserable. I just did two sets of this and I felt about 30 seconds of relief and I want to cry. Thank you. I will be doing this regularly now. Going to my doctor next!

Good job explaining Tom .
It’s fair to add also, that some people won’t fix their bad posture, but would still benefit from those drills, as their condition symptoms would be minimised .
