I kid you not, I discovered an entrance to a rather large colony of black garden ants in my yard one day after finding them crawling on some plants that they should not have been on, and attacked this entrance with insecticide, absolutely devistating every ant in the vicinity, flooding the entrance/exit holes and figured my job was done. The next day I caught them trying to invade my house from all 4 sides, and of course, had successfully done so by the time of my finding them. But little did they know I have a species of small house spider infestation in the basement that came with this house, that I had yet to destroy. But this is war now, the spiders shall stay for now as they are keeping some ants at bay and more friendly forces such as raid max strength ant bait and protective spray are joining the battle. This shall send a strong message to the queen/queens to call off the attack, or return them and their colony back to Earths cycle of life. Stay tuned for further updates 😂
