This sounds incredibly hard, but the fact that Navy SEALS exist proves that it can be done.

One Navy seal squad leader once said "I can make you physically tough, but I can't make you mentally tough"

Hey if you wanted to be a SEAL before this video and now you weren't sure, in the words of former SEAL team 6 member Howard Wadsin said "if I can convince you not to join I am saving you time because you probably don't want it"

Imagine going through all of this then getting killed on your first day

The one thing in Chris Kyles book that he said kept him going was that no matter what they feed them on time. So that allowed him to break down the day in increments. Knowing it cant go on forever gives them a slight mental win. And you take as many wins as you can.

What they don’t tell you is, once you pass SQT. You have to do a “work up” to deployment which is well over a year of additional training, and you get sent to specialty schools. And because your the new guy, it’s 10 times harder.
