I don’t get this idea that irritated/painful/“tight” muscles need to be stretched or reciprocally inhibited. The psoas and hip flexion role of the quads are much more likely to be weak as hell. It needs to be strengthened so there’s actual slack in the muscle resting position.

Hey connor i need to know. What is your left quad is very tight as well but ur left glute is too tight. Willl this make it worse because of the hip capsule position

This issue caused so many postural problems like the internally rotated leg caused internally rotated rib cage also in that side, plzz do one video on this issue also & how to correct it.

Can you have a pelvis that is more forward on the right and a pelvis that is also rotated to the right?

I can see quite easily that my right side has a greater APT than the left side. As you say, APT is a compensation for lacking the space for proper hip internal rotation. My hip flexors are not only tighter on the right but painful and that includes rectus femoris adjacent to the pelvis. Tendinopathy actually. And all of that is related to SI joinnt dysfunction on the right. Specifically, hypermobile ligaments due to injury. Primary, the dorsal sacroiliac ligament. Cluneal nerve entrapment is also a factor.

That's why I wonder if I can somehow have a right rotated pelvis, a la classic left AiC pattern and a right pelvis that is forward due to the SI joint dysfunction issue causing hip flexor dysfunction namely the illacpsoas and rectus femoris. My right hip and femor are internally rotated and my left hip and femor are externally rotated. So one would think my left hip is forward and my right hip is back but you're saying the right hip is forward if you have right rectus fomoris dysfunction, is that correct?

Can this also be done for Vastus Lateratus too? I run long distances sometimes get crushing lateral knee pain due to tight VL.

Somehow my right side back and glute got pretty pumped. What I don't get is how you get a straight line between leg and the back, I couldn't with either side. I did feel the glute contracting but far more the hamstring, especially the hip side.

Be active more and move more! There's no use when you stretch for 10 mins then spent 10 hours with poor posture

What do u do if one quad is bigger than the other?

Could also be tight due to compensation to actually purposely pull that part of the pelvis down and in

I tried this the other day just to see what would happen. I had no idea my quads were so tight… I thought that was normal lol.

My legs feel different now. Thank you
