I like to listen to something beautiful every morning. 15 min of a book, a song, a video. Replacing the scrolling of social media is crucial.

Simple notes: write three things done and be specific in the morning.
1. I will focus on
2. I am grateful for
3. I will let go of

As a therapist I absolutely love this exercise! Breaking down large task into manageable smaller pieces is so much easier to handle and gratitude journals really train the brain to recognize that positive good things do exist in your life.

These concepts sound very similar to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Brilliant! As the morning came, I'm going to practice at least 2 of them today!

depending how you write down what you have failed at, sometimes reminds you not to feel sorry for yourself. Because you tend to really observe them and realize how non essential they are or how little impact they have on your life.

Definitely needed this reminder today, and what steps to take. Not sure how YouTube knew, but it's very helpful. Thank you Harvard Business Review!

It's very beautiful. A very pragmatic set of things to do. Thank you for sharing with the world ❤

Cool. Thank you. Even better is to start each statement with "I am... " rather than "I will..." because "I am" makes it already so whereas "I will" makes it seem still to come. Just fyi.

This is very impactful. It reminds me of the 5 Second Journal by Mel Robbins.

I found this 3-minute morning journal template in Notion that has two of the methods explained in this video (I'm grateful for and I will focus on). I guess I'll add the 'I will let go of' in my night journal. Thanks!

Sounds similar to having a quiet time in the morning and praying or practicing reflecting or being a Christian where you pray and think of sins or anything and asking for forgiveness and confessing some of the things that you did to mentors or friends ... very cool thanks
