Simple just dont make it complicate
I love to do bro split.
Do heavy exercises and you msucle will be sore for 2-3 days.
And it will be recovered.

Bro is so noob that he makes fun of a split which most bodybuilders use, bruh there is no superior or inferior workout split, it just depends on your goals and also doing same split all your life won't be good so changing split also gives gains, only a fool with half knowledge can laugh at a split

Brother no offence i totally agree on what you say but i am following bro split from last 1 year and results are mind blowing but now i am going to jump on push pull leg and to beginners i will recommend bro split and just do 5 sets of each muscle group and like if you do chest on monday then do tricep on tuesday then back then bicep then shoulder and on Saturday legs !

If you're training hard with intensity for high volume for a muscle group in a day, your supporting muscles are also gonna be pumped. U can't have good chest day without a front deltoid triceps pump and same in Back day biceps Upper traps Rear Deltoids are gonna be engaged. So my point is muscles are frequently in stress.
Intensity + Volume + Frequency + Rest = BRO SPLIT 💯

U can Use Bro Split...If*
i) Ure Recovery Rate Is Low
ii) u do intense workout
Example : Tom Platz used to do leg(intense) workout after a rest period of 2weeks .
